Is suicide by hanging a good option for my goals?

I want something relatively quick and painless and I don't have access to a gun.

I was thinking of consuming large amounts of alcohol and then hanging myself with a long rope, so as not to die by suffocation which would take a while but from my neck breaking.

Is this a good plan? Better suggestions?

I just want to die super quickly and with relatively low pain and with things that can be found in the house or easily at the store / online. Please help

Same. Only sont go for neck break, go for full suspension.

Maybe it is a perfect method. I live in China and many of people in country managed hanging to death in 20th or pre-centuries. and i haved tried a sense likely suffocation. it might be good at least i love it. It just seems to be a painless option, maybe the only thing you'll ought to think about is livor mortis after your death.

Seriously something tells me hangi g yourself is not painless, stubbing your toe hurts, so yea i think hanging your heck from a rope is gonna hurt n not happen fast.

I've seen videos of people hanging themselves (Twitter algorithm is wild) and it goes on for longer than you'd think. Anything quick and painless usually requires materials that are difficult to obtain or requires you fully getting over your SI

Let me tell You from My own experience, this is a no method at least for me, I did it and the survival instinct is a strong stop, I remember sweating, my heartrate so fast, and the survival instinct fighting against me for the control of My body, In the end I was able to do it but the survival instinct took complete control and removed the rope while a nice mark was around My neck and I had to hide it from My family for months, look for another method, the survival instinct is stopping You from jumping from high places, it is stopping You from that rope, it is stopping You from taking acid, the survival instinct is a pain in the ass, that is why I am searching something peaceful for my next attempt
