Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I ordered awhile back and everything went fine. It took about a week to get to me. I know of someone who just ordered and they haven't received it yet but got tracking info. and receipt. I have never heard of anyone having issues with SD.
They might have done that to cover their ass. I know someone who has ordered since and was not asked for any business info. Their order was billed and has been shipped.
