Discussion Is Satan waiting for me afterlife?

No one in my family doesn't have any idea that I want to catch the bus soon. I know I'm having a sort of existential crisis and depression episodes. I don't seek help, I know that I want to die soon. I've been thinking about it for five years, I'm excited about life. Life is not interesting (having children, wife, support a family, pay bills,etc) I don't want it. Am I alone? Does anyone feel the same?

Im trying to ctb because I want all those things but I'm not in control of my life. Will never make enough for any decent woman to want me.

I think you'll be at rest for another eternity or so. If you think about it from a physical perspective, your consciousness is dissolved, and can't be created again unless the world itself gets recreated somehow.

If Satan (Lucifer) is a fallen angel- punished by God for eternity, merely for having a different opinion, I feel kind of sorry for them. I reckon it would be kind of refreshing to sit down and have a bitch about God with someone who's known them a lot longer. Haven't you ever done that with people who can dish the dirt on a current or former boss? Hell of course sounds awful but honestly- heaven doesn't appeal either. When I'm dead, I really hope I'm done with any form of living.

Ending a life is a sin, it simply goes against human nature, therefore suicide is a sin and therefore in my opinion there is a possibility the devil will be waiting. But always know that God is great, that Gods power is immeasurable, that God loves us and forgives our sins if we confess and accept Christ as our saviour. That Christ did not die in vain but died so we may have eternal life with him in heaven. This is what I am most grateful for, even when I cannot find a single thing in my life. Sure we can get angry with God, we can blame God for our miserable existence and not answering our prayers, but we don't know the whole picture and this life is full of so much evil. If I take my life it's to be free of the evil in it, not to meet the devil and be even more enmeshed in it. So I give thanks to God and will continue to always do so. I won't let anyone take that from me even when im dead and buried, no matter what. It's just my take on it, that's all.

do you really accept that the bible was written by god and is true, especially without proof at all, it's pure nonsence the bible is demented writen by demented men It's almost as if The Bible was written by racist, sexist, homophobic, violent, sexually frustrated men, instead of a loving God. I also just wish to eternally cease existing, having the ability to suffer in this pointless and meaningless existence will always be undesirable. There's nothing appealing about this process of slowly waiting around to die, suicide only feels rational to me as a way to prevent all future suffering and harms.

I don't believe in any God or afterlife, they are just concepts invented by humans unable to accept they are only destined for nothingness. I very strongly believe that consciousness is stored in the brain and once we lose consciousness that is it for us, we are gone.

I seriously doubt that satan exists because all of the abrahamic religion's are man - made nonsense.

No, organised religion to me is just a tool to control people in this world and not guide one to the next, if there was such a thing. Am agnostic, so not against faith per se, but I just can't imagine a real God being so viscious as humans made him out to be and if there is a Satan I'm sure he has far worse people lined up for punishment than some poor suicidal who just couldn't take it anymore.

Yea, know what you mean. I think that's one's delusions slowly being dismantled. The universe can sometimes let off, but this then leads to everything seeming meaningless. What's the point in suffering and punishment if there is no redemption? It's why I detest hell and heaven. Why even bother if one is damned for all eternity.

I'm sick and tired of living repetitive days. I'm envy of others in my family they're building their future while I'm stopped in time.
