Is partial really that risky?

I can easily come to the point where i lose my conicousness when doing partial. How likely sn kicks in and distrupt the process? Because i think it is so hard to stand up when you run out of oxygen. ı want to believe the process because i want to do only partial other than full or anything. Chatgtp says if you lose conciousness in 10 seconds by partial and there is no attempt to save, you die most likely. And most celebrities who died by hanging did partial. Can they overstate the risk of partial here? Let's say i did partial and lost conciousness then sn kicked in and i wake up. If i can stand up there on my own, that means i have no serious brain damage at all. I hardly believe someone can move that hard with no conciousness, body tremor may be. what is ur thought guys?

Like you said, it's just easy to back out of. Just stand up, pull yourself back, whatever. You really have to be resolved to see partial through. No idea whether Chatgtp 10 second rule is right. There is certainly risk of damage from any method, I think, if method fails for whatever reason.
