Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I will do it in about 6 months since I need to finish some things first, but the idea is to get run over by a vehicle by jumping as they pass me. I will do it very early in the morning so the number of witnesses will be the lowest possible (luckily only the driver) and next to a bridge to make sure the vehicle has enough speed to kill me and not left me alive but with some kind of permanent damage. To minimize the risk of any incident related to the driver I thought about doing it near the exit of the bridge (so if they do an unexpected maneuver they don't plummet into the water and hopefully suffer no physical damage) and just when their vehicle is the only one close to me to avoid any collisions with others. The things I'm questioning are if this method with the protections I'm giving it could still lead me to having permament damage and what type of vehicle should I get run over by (with this I mean which one has a lower chance of survival and if there exists a statistic about different groups drivers affected by suicidal people that determines which group generally suffers less from this).

No guarantees that it will work. You could get anything from minor injuries to major injuries and lots of pain and rehabilitation. Death isn't as easy as you might think via this kind of method.

And... it's a horrible thing to do to someone else... forcing them to be the reason you die... because whomever is driving that car that hits you will carry that guilt forever, especially if you do die... and that's one of the worst things you can do to someone. Forcing them to do a thing they will feel guilt for and could not possibly have avoided.

Why would you involve an innocent someone and traumatize them for life? There are dozens of ways to CTB and most of them don't involve using the general public as unwilling and involuntary assistants.

Don't do it especially on the bridge you could cause an accident that could kill many others. Don't include others in your suicide it's very selfish.

Please dont do this, it will most likely ruin the life of some innocent driver or more by trauma, injury, jail and material damage. And there is no guarantee for success, very unreliable.

Honestly, terrible method and I can't imagine how anyone could seriously consider such a thing considering just HOW MANY things can go wrong. You can never be sure what will happen to the driver, and there's nothing you can do to guarantee a huge number of risks. They might 💀, or they might swerve and injure or kill someone else besides themselves. You can never be sure who's behind the wheel—someone's grandmother, a teenager, or someone else. Besides, this is a terribly painful method and the probability that the car will be driving at a sufficient speed to hit you 💀 is very small and more random. There are a lot of cars around, people will call an ambulance for you in any case, and here I will stop and will not continue any more, you can think about else yourself.
