  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

Life feels like a rigged game. You work, you struggle, you do everything you're supposed to, yet it still feels like you're climbing an endless hill with a backpack full of bricks. Everything is getting more expensive, the world is literally on fire, people are more divided than ever, and happiness feels like a rare commodity. No matter how much effort you put in, it never seems to be enough.

And honestly—what's the f*cking point? We keep telling ourselves things will get better, but will they? The older I get, the harder everything seems, and that's with a life that, from the outside, probably doesn't even look that bad. And if I feel like this, I can't begin to imagine what it's like for those who have it even worse.

Most of us are born into a system where survival—not living, just surviving—is the default. You work just to afford the basics, with little left for anything that actually makes life feel meaningful. And for what? To keep running on a treadmill that never stops? It all just feels so bleak.

If I had a choice in whether to be born, I would've opted out—because honestly, what the f*ck is this? A world where you're thrown into existence without consent, only to spend your life fighting to survive in a system that was built to keep you struggling? Where joy feels like an afterthought, and the weight of simply existing can be unbearable? It's like being forced into a game with impossible rules, where no matter how hard you play, you always lose. Fuck this!

"That's just life," they say, but if that's so, then why should I stay?

the best thing you can do is to find a hobby or an interest that you enjoy, i don't advocate for C.T.B, but people are going to do anyway if they can, i can't judge.

The world is what you make of it.
The world is partly what you make of it, and mostly what it makes of you — unless you're one of the very few with the power to shape both.

The world is what you make of it. Money isnt everything, friends and loved ones are what make real happiness.
Happiness is not only based on that, it depends on the circumstances of each human being and the means he/she has around his/her life. While you're right that living these experiences with loved ones can be a pleasant experience, it's still an experience, after all. It won't change anything or how this world works. Money is a primary source of income that you'll necessarily need to live in this world. Obtaining basic needs depends on it—a measly piece of green paper to which we must give our time to survive here, we have various means of entertainment: friends, family, games, movies, sports, etc. But all of these remain mere methods of passing the time we need to cope with this long existence. The world is not what you make it, this world is not based on perspectives since our race as it evolved designed a system over the years with a simple, direct and clear objective, to go after an economic system, most do it by working, some are rich enough that they do not need to give their time since they generate enough profits but that is due to the movement that those below generate and then there are the poor, due to different circumstances they have reached that point where they have no profits and can not afford even basic needs. Rich, poor or ordinary, we are all slaves and depend on a simple piece of green paper or another economic system to live, all of this boils down to Slavery. you can not do any of that nor apply "life is a perspective" because there is nothing to see. This is a reality with a simple goal that you are literally condemned to live the moment you are born. Everything is insignificant, life is meaningless. There is no perspective at all, that's the main objective, everything else is simply an idea of the human being.

I apologize if I have given a too long answer, this has been one of the few moments in which my mind has been blank and focused on writing my thoughts, I simply wanted to deepen your statement, this is simply the way I feel which is irrelevant after all, everyone feels it and deals with it in their own way, there is nothing wrong with your way of thinking, in fact I consider it a privilege for me, don't let yourself be influenced by the way I express myself and keep on keeping that attitude, I send you a big hug king, good luck whatever your path is and I wish you a great day wherever you are. Peace ♥

Humans believe that suffering and hardship gives life meaning. I find it ironic that the very people who induce the masses with "everything is earned" philosophy rarely do anything to earn what they have. Yet, the masses take this to heart because within this philosophy is a pacification of the competition aspect of the human personality. It makes people feel accomplished and affirmed when they are awarded the crumbs from the table of the elites after enduring the inequities and trials imposed by that same elite. See, a lot of life's obstacles can be prevented and avoided if humans actually believed in their own moralities. But they don't. Morality is oftentimes an instrument of control induced upon the masses in order to keep them in line and docile.

Humans cheapen life in a lot of ways. They don't value life as much as they just fear death. This is oftentimes at the core of so-called pro-life philosophy. Catching the bus invalidates all that humans have come to believe makes life worth living. So, a lot of people's whole paradigm is threatened when one catches the bus. This is why you have people who, otherwise don't give a shit about their fellow human being that they aren't benefiting from, feel the need to 'save' people and/or ridicule them for having suicidal thoughts or feelings. Humans see suffering as not only the meaning of life, but a privilege. One should be happy to be homeless. "It means you're alive!!!" As if just being alive and being pissed on by life is better than being dead. Many people can't fathom death being better than life. Mostly because humans don't understand death other than from a physical standpoint. The fact that we physically cease to exist.

"To live is to suffer" is the philosophy that the masses have adopted, unfortunately. Attempting to convince them of the fallacy of this logic is inviting trouble and a futile labor.
