Venting Is it time.

Is it time to end it?
Im a 21 yr old male
In college, I have a girlfriend and friends
I make good money
Technically aside from what happened in the past 21 years- now? Now im good I have nothing to be sad about
Yet I am
I cant get over all the traumas that happened to me, I cant live in the moment I cant feel happy for long period of times

My mood constantly shifts from god to a peice of dirt trash
I feel so alone and afraid. I feel violent,angry,sad,
I dont want to be here
But I dont want to go

I want it to end. Maybe just maybe its the right time.

Hey, I'm sorry for the pain you're feeling, I know how it is to be depressed despite any good circumstances you may have. If you are suffering then there ARE reasons for it, even if they're not as tangible or on the outside as other peoples'. Definitely don't rush into extremes, from what you've described you DO have a fighting chance, and hope for a good life. You haven't mentioned therapy or psychiatry, so I will recommend you try them, and not try as in 2-3 appointments, give yourself and the treatment time to develop and start working. I really believe you can get better. Take care <3

When life is like that, any day is a good day. I'm not trying to encourage you, but these are my honest thoughts. I can relate to your post. All i can add is that im tired of these useless feelings. All they do is cause me suffering.
Maybe try medication and therapy if you haven't completely lost hope in getting better. But with a mental illness like that people dont get better until years of therapy like 10+. Thats what I've seen therapists and mental health professionals say in their videos. Can't really give any advice other than that. Or if you do end up attempting, just make sure you don't mess up and dont be impulsive. Death is finicky. Im going to take my own advice. My method has to be overkill
