• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

technically yes, ofc. if you hit an artery you'll bleed out, but i've heard the chances on it actually being fatal are very low. plus you reallyyyy have to know what ur doing, where to cut, how deep to cut. it's a lot, there's more info on the subject here though i'm sure.

I tried slashing my wrists, lost a lot of blood but after 30mins it started clotting and had to keep cutting but felt somewhat dizzy and started panicing alot but gave up. maybe there is a better arctoid cartery that can be cut that is quicker?

It can be done however you need to know where and how deep you are cutting. However it isn't comfortable nor painless nor peaceful. I definitely recommend looking at other methods before going through with CBT.

It is pointless to try this method, it has a 2% success rate and won't work. Even the people who did succeed I'm sure had an agonising death. I know ctb is unnecessarily difficult in this tragic world, but it's highly recommended to look for a different method.

It's really hard to do, it isn't like in the movies, you need to cut really deep, and in the right place, but you will probably pass out before you do it, and If you do it you might stop bleeding before you CTB, and you will end up with a permanently damaged arm.

This is a self harm method rather than a suicide one, if someone wants to ctb then there's just no point to even thinking about this, it's not really reliable. I think that if people on here want to ask about a method then they should search for it using the search function as pretty much every method has already been discussed and there are lots of posts saying that cutting doesn't really work.

Pointless. The chance of you bleeding out is low. You're more likely to lose a limb instead of CTB.

Where is the search function?

Edit: just after I made this post the conversation and the search function popped up for me.
