Help [SH] Cutting on stretch marks?

Are there any additional risks with cutting on stretch marks?

I'd rather avoid doing so, but I might have to. Still, I don't want to do more damage than I intend or need professional medical attention.
I don't go deep, just "cat scratches", but I still worry, especially since I could go too deep on accident.
I'm asking this as harm reduction, don't try to stop me from cutting altogether, I am 95% sure I will relapse next week and I'm just taking steps to reduce the damage/risks.This is pretty much inevitable.

There's no point in cutting on stretch marks, it'll only be a part of SH and will only give you unnecessary pain.
Cat scratches should be fine as such.

I don't want to cut on stretch marks. The problem is, I want to cut somewhere nobody will see and those places are covered in stretch marks.

I see, kinda deadlock situation. Stretch marks are sensitive. I used to run my hands over my stretch marks as it feels very weird.

The skin is a bit more sensitive than that in other places, but it shouldn't really pose too much of a risk, cat scratches are perfectly fine, just treat it like your normal SH, although you should probably take it a little slower starting off due to the sensitive nature of the skin.

Literally just went into the bathroom to check mine. I do not go that deep either. Barely enough to draw blood sometimes. I have huge stretch marks on my thighs and I cannot really see any difference in the faint lines between normal skin and the stretch marks. I am not a dermatologist, but I do not think it necessarily matters if you are only going lightly.
