This shit is so difficult for no reason. I've been combing through the resources compilation, and none of these options work; they're either too complicated, too risky, or rendered moot by my low ceilings and lack of desire for public attention. I'm really trying to get this done by November, I don't have many budget constraints, but money doesn't seem to be able to purchase convenience in this case. (I swear to God do not try to dm with some scam I wasn't born yesterday.) What I need are solutions that I can implement by this weekend.

SN seems to be decently close to what you're looking for and it's one of the last threads in that compilation. If you haven't already it might be something worth looking into.
I don't think there are methods you could implement by this weekend that suit your needs and worries, but yeah I have to agree every part of this is hell.

Your only options would be hanging, or carbon monoxide. I suppose you could go through with your inert gas plan if you feel upto it.
With hanging your feet can still be touching the ground, you just need a lot of effort to over come si.
I suppose carbon monoxide could be considered too risky but if you're in your own place its relatively safe.

ligature strangulation? simple, only needs a thin string (width of finger) and learning like.. two knots?? (square knot & half knot). easy with practice, but takes time to learn the right spots. I almost have it down, I've only been practicing for a night. I've heard it doesn't work for some, but there's 4 people on the site that've passed on through the method.

you could also try SN- you will need to wait for shipping, but almost painless. costs a bit depending on your source, otherwise fairly convenient (can look like an accident too!).

full suspension hanging can be done using the dumbbell/door method (as long as you aren't too tall). same method can be performed as partial, and if you have a metal closet bar- even better. any fabric works as long as it isn't too short & isn't stretchy. I tried partial but couldn't follow through because my material wasn't strong enough.. and the material compressed my tongue to the back of my throat (which isn't as bad w/ lig strangulation imo).

I understand the struggle of not having any proper methods that actually work, I've practically been searching my whole life to no avail. ligature strangulation is the closest I've ever got (I'm biased if you can't tell lmao).

All suicide methods involve brain damage, the whole point is to try and cause brain death, weather it be through lack of oxygen, blood flow, or just obliteration of brain tissue, you're causing direct damage to the brain when trying to die. That's what suicide is all about.
