Questions: How reliable is drowning in a bath? With drowning or Shallow Water blackout method how to guarantee I don't wake up while drowning kinda thing?
Soo with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) for reasons I cannot explain well (bc of this too brain fog is real) theres huge risk in fainting especially in heat. I've fainted in the shower before and woke up a few mins or so on the shower floor or with my body half in halfout. I don't remember bc it was a few yrs ago & while going through a rough time.
Rn im in a flareup & just sitting I feel dizzy & when I stand I gotta give myself some time to make sure I don't faint.
So, I am curious if I was to possibly increase that aspect fainting like super hot bath, alcohol & other sedative drugs is drowning in a bath possible or reliable enough to be successful?
I would combine:
alcohol
cannabis
gabapentin
clonidine
clonazapam
buspar
magnusium
melatonin (maybeee?)
maybe I'll get some valerian & ashwaganda(?) Too as I find those are quite sedating to me/have teas with em/teas that are sedating. & possibly zoplicone but would need to ask for another prescription & I'm not sure my doc would after the M.A.I.D inquiry but tbh it'd be very easy to convince her im fine & that I was just feelin a lil low in the moment.
I've combined some of these in the past & yee very sleepy. I feel like too bc of my sleep issues when I take things I just knock out randomly. Like I'll be lying down doin smthin & then I wake up. I don't usually have that process of slowly going to sleep.
I can only imagine how sedated I'd be if I combined all of these. So ig/ wondering if I could work out for other methods like partial hanging...
