I've read it takes almost an hour to die with SN, what happens in the meantime as you get closer to death? Do you experience extreme anxiety and panic?

After 10-20 minutes you pass out and won't feel a thing. I think you just go to sleep with a bit of discomfort.

If it actually works as described, it seems fast acting an peaceful enough.
I do not fear this method itself, even if it's a bit uncomfortable/painful.

I don´t agree. According to two video life streams SN can be very painful and the period from ingestion to unconsciousness and death can be very long and cruel. Every person reacts differently.

Where can I find those video live streams?

It seems to vary person to person. Some of the effects sound to me like they may induce panic- the rapid heartrate and difficulty getting enough oxygen in. That does really trouble me. I don't even enjoy it during exercise. I don't know though- some reports of people witnissing an SN death have said people passed peacefully, some with some discomfort. It certainly scares me but then- I've had severe natural pain before- gallstones. I kind of doubt natural death will be all that pleasant! Our bodies are designed to hurt when they go wrong or die. I wish we could be guaranteed a peaceful death but I'm not so sure that's possible- especially with a DIY attempt and considering what methods we are left to choose from.

There's really no evidence to that if the correct procedure was followed. "very long and cruel" was 2 weeks of covid for me and I didn't even die at the end.

Here's one account, it should really be pinned under Stan's thread, didn't come across for the longest time:

Is eyewitness to two livestreams not evidence enough? I would say it´s a 50/50 chance if it´s peaceful or painful.
Where can I find those video live streams?
Nowhere, because it was a livestream, not a video recording.

Don't scare people for no reason, it has been discussed so much already and it's likely you'll get that 7/10 pleasantness as promised if you get the right product and follow Stan's guide. That's much better than most natural deaths.

I posted an example and you just spread some gossip: "can be very long and cruel" is not scaring people?

Hey. No, it doesn't make you panic. You pass out. It's very peaceful.

Edit: People who say it's painful… I'm confused as to how you came to that conclusion. If you follow the procedure, then there won't be any pain whatsoever. Even if you don't take all of the needed meds, it's still a good way to go.

I've never really considered the SN method because of the way the mass media always links SN deaths with this forum. I don't want anybody to get blamed for my death. The Latin word suicidium with its implication of criminal intent, from which the English derives, is not classical Latin. The nearest to a technical term in antiquity was mors voluntaria (voluntary death) on the assumption that it was a conscious intentional act: mental imbalance, though occasionally given as a cause of suicide, was not the central case it has become in the modern world.

This is extremely helpful. Very brave and generous of these members to share this, and thank you as well for posting it here. Sounds like it was a death with dignity and grace, while under the watch of a caring person- beautiful.

Why is everyone worrying so much about this. If you ever had covid, its much less discomfort than that. And only 15 minutes duration. Ever took antidepressants? The side effects the withdrawals. Those things are way worse and we still here. If fear is a thing or doubt, one should postpone and that's it.
