Is CTB with SN possible without benzos

Just curious whether or not it is possible to ctb without benzos i can get my hand on the dopamine antiemetics and ibuprofen. But the benzos i can't really get from anywhere except xanax which i don't know whether xanax will help or not. Any insights is appreaciated

Benzos aren't necessary but can help with any anxiety, potentially making it easier to CTB. Xanax will work great!

Antiemetics are much more important than benzos. Benzos make the entire process of dying less scary, anxious and traumatic. Xanax will help, and its my benzo of choice when the time comes for me to ctb.

Thank you guys for the advice. After a while I'm finally able to get some benzos both xanax and clonazepam for my protocol.

I think benzo is supposed to calm you down and make you fall asleep in combination with SN. PPH books recommend oxaxepam not diazepam
