Help Is benzo needed for SN method?

So, I've managed to get SN (99% pure). I'm going through Stan's guide. It talks about benzo in the beginning, but there is no detail about when you should consume etc. I'm planning to go ahead with the Stat Dose method. The 2 day method might be too difficult for me.

Does anyone know if taking benzo really helps? If so, when should I take it? How many hours before SN and how much quantity?

I have managed to get a prescription for the following benzo variants
Nexito Plus Tablet (Clonazepam (0.5mg) + Escitalopram Oxalate (5mg))
Zapiz 0.5 Tablet (Clonazepam (0.5mg))

That Can help to reduce SI and anxiety. I think u can use that in its normal time and amount and 1 hr befor SN
