this is a tricky question to answer because it boils down to you and your view of the world
if you think that the world is a nice place yet you were just dealt a bad hand then that would imply that there is a chance for things to improve thus making waiting a better option than taking your life
if you think that the world is a nasty place no matter what hand you were dealt then the earlier you catch that bus the better it is as you'll avoid experiences of suffering you didn't know exist
.
idk about you but for me it's the latter, what would be better however is if i didn't have to make the choice, sudden death at a young age seems like the best option to me, you wouldn't even have to ask if it's valid or not

I'm sorry this has happened to you, I've never been stalked before so I can't even imagine how terrifying that must be for you. Getting bullied is just the worst. I imagine you've already told law enforcement or someone you trust?

To me there is no "invalid" reason to CTB as everyone has their own struggles and tolerance to mental pressure but it definitely depends on the individual's viewpoints on the act and whether or not one legitimately wants to go through with it.

I think that being stalked/bullied is not the direct reason to want to CTB but instead how you feel about the state of your life and future outlook. Why need a reason to CTB though?

Can you elaborate on the final phrase "Why need a reason to CTB though?".

Why would you NOT need a reason to CTB? You're giving up on life/the entire world?

One of my reasons, and perhaps what defined the CTB, is virtual persecution.

I have suspects, they are family members or involved in my father's probate process.

Of course there were and are other reasons. But the invasion of privacy and remote control of my phones and computer made me take the decision.

Mostly, suicide is a means to an end, usually relating to a subjectively unbearable level of emotional or physical pain accompanied by the perception of little-or-no prospect of relief or improvement.

Is the trauma from being stalked and bullied a valid reason? This is very much a personal decision that no one can answer for you.

If you're looking at death as a means of relieving yourself from this, then I would encourage you to first exhaust all possible alternative options. But I wouldn't be in a position to judge the validity of your decisions either way.

I'm really sorry you're going through that, it sounds scary and unbearable.

All forms of suffering are valid, but it would be a shame to ctb if there could be another way out of this horrible situation (although I completely understand if you just get to the place of needing it to be over now). Is the bullying happening at an environment you have to spend time in, like school or work, or is it someone/some people you know choosing to go out of their way to persecute you?

If they gave you total freedom back you'd be willing to keep living a while longer?

As I said, the lack of freedom was the determining factor, but not the only one. However, before I was able to manage others, try to understand other people's reasons, so I could overcome them.

After so long, it has damaged my ability to trust people again and many other things. It has had a lasting effect.

You don't trust those who live in the shadows.

Anything related to this that comes now, comes too late.
