Hey y'all. I decided to write another personal thread after a long time because my health has been declining constantly. And I recently noticed that I experience internal vibrations, it seems be rather one-sided for the most part - that means I notice these sensations mostly on the right side. For example when I sit on a chair, sometimes it feels like i'm sitting on a literal engine. You could compare the strength of the vibrations to a purring cat I gues. - but the vibration is not visible on my body as far as I can tell, I'm not shaking by any means. I also feel these vibrations very clearly when I'm laying in my bed. Recently my right eye-lid started twitching uncontrollably, it also wasn't visible but I could feel it - it's better now but I'm still experiencing it occassionally during the day. I am not sure if these are purely psychosomatic symptoms or if that's the result of an underlying condition such as Parkinson or MS. There are some other symptoms of these conditions such a constipation and trouble sleeping. I've noticed a huge drop in my mental health overall in the last 6 months but it's really difficult for me to conclude if any of that has anything to do with a condition or if it's just my body giving up after so many years of suffering from mental health issues and social isolation. It could be stress related as I just had an anxiety attack a few months ago for literally no reason. I don't know what's up, it feels like I'm declining so much and it's scary when these mental decline starts to manifest itself in physical symptoms which aren't really visible. If any of you had a similiar experience, let me know. I'll see if I can get it checked soon.
