Drugs are considered unreliable because it is hard to say how it react on a person and how much dosage required for that specific person

If you have money go to Mexico right now to get Nembutal which will give you everything you asked for

There is Ddma drug mixture, Ddma phenobarbital mixture

You have to do more research on this as there is no straight forward answer!
