Help Information on Jumping?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm wondering if there's any type of megathread or information on jumping as a method? As far as I know, there isn't much in the method megathread in regards to jumping. So if anyone has any useful information on it, please PM me.

Please don't jump. Every person who jumps will feel fear of death for a second before they hit the ground. I've felt the fear of death (assaulted by a group) and it's the most terrible feeling in the world. There are ways that are more peaceful and painless.

Not sure really but I know when I jump I'm taking a bunch of pills to ease my anxiety because I am petrified of heights thanks to trauma imposed by the monsterous birth family.
