Help inert gas any video and types of the bag

Hi, i am from Viet Nam, and try all my best to gather all the materials for inert gas - nitrogen. I have several questions for my method
1/ Do you guys have full video of process for a successful inert gas CTB
2/ I am confused how to strap the bag over my head as you need to fill the bag up over the head then put it down however right the way you inhale you may faint as it described in some youtube channel and in PPH , so how i can strap it around my neck , and what is the best way to strap it? with tape or anything else?
3/ What types of the bag I should use as I can't buy oven bag here and what is the best size for it ?

75LD 2818 LDPE (plastic) bag. It is a (710x455mm) 28 x 18 inch bag, that is 75 microns in thickness.
75 microns is the same as 3 mils.

The instructions show cutting off about 180 mm or 7 inches of the open end...so a 21 x 18 inch bag would work as well.

but may i convert hdpe to ldpe as it is hard to fine ldpe with same thickness as you mention above, massive thanks for your support

Hi I'm looking into this stuff myself now, is that 28inches width 18 inches length, or 28inches length 18inches width?
