I have suffered horrifically with a permanent medication injury called akathisia for long enough to know that it's time to go. What is the most accessible, kindest exit option within the US? I can't get assisted as I won't qualify.

That sounds really horrible what you are going through. I really wish there's a straightforward way to just permanently be free from this existence in peace. But anyway there is a suicide resource complination with information about suicide methods, I hope that you eventually find the freedom you are searching for.
