In bed most of the time but can never sleep... been awake with 35 plus hours now, not tired but I can tell I'm not fully with it

I spend my life in the bed, but I don't get much sleep.

I work then I come home and lie in bed. This past weekend I just laid in bed the whole time watching movies and avoiding my fake friends. Thought I was gonna end it all but it actually made me feel better.
