The system and help in one sentence? I have zero good experiences with it. Sure psychologists try to help but they don't know what they are talking about. They learned all this shit from books and case studies. If a psychologist is a recovered suicidal person that might be something. I read something a while ago about the sick healer which is someone who suffered from something in their live and can now help people to overcome it because they know how it feels from their first hand experience.

I've had a few experiences with the system in the recent years and it's like most of them just gaslight you if they know they cannot help you. Even the ones who are trying, just keep offering the same thing again and again even though it does not help me or isn't someting I can try as other mental issues make it difficult

only thing i can hope that pray it will come out. to be honest sometimes believe in it also need to be there to work it out.
