Not sure how long I'm gonna last but I've got a few more years I'm willing to stick around…. In theory 
…. It's so much easier and more comfortable to dwell on negative emotions and thoughts and so much harder to stay positive but I've been practicing gratitude and it's been helpful. Maybe it's not over for me just yet
