  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I know I'm "better" now but it doesn't feel like it, like yeah I've been clean and haven't attempted anything recently but I still don't understand why I don't feel better, I still struggle with the same things, I still want to die and I still want to do self harm. It's genuinely infuriating.

Are you still depressed? Maybe speak to a psychiatrist about it. Even if you've gotten better and you're no longer suicidal. Thoughts and feelings of suicide and depression can still linger on for a while.

Think of your brain as an essay. When whatever made you feel suicidal began happening your brain changed. It became less rewarding and it got wired and written differently. It can stay like that and sometimes there's not much you can do about it without helping yourself.

Do things that you don't often. Be open minded to new things don't bore your self with the same tasks 24/7 like sleep, work, sleep.
Also you've probably tried antidepressants, but I'm not sure if you're continuing with them or not. Think back prior to recovering which medication made you feel better and improve your overall life and day. Speaking to a psychiatrist about it is important.

I'm not sure what things you're still struggling with but again be open minded. Ask for a counselor. Their job is to guide you back into a normal life after an attempt at taking your life. Don't let yourself down again. I hope eventually you fix these things that you're struggling with and start feeling better than now.
