I'm pushing myself so hard and I'm so proud.

Today is a hard day. Very difficult to manage my emotions. I'm SO, SO TRIGGERED my blood boils no matter what I'm doing. And my daydreams are against me today. Imagine the most annoying and disrespectful type of person you know, now make it a guest in your head 24/7, and add 5 or 6 more people talking in your mind at all times, that's how I'm living. Now, they are not hallucinations or delusions, they aren't real, but it's hard to control my imagination regarding that.

Now, those things leave me very frustrated and angered, my body gets super tense that I could punch something.

Usually when I am feeling like this I just lay in bed and try to distract myself, and when I move my body and try to do activities the feelings and daydreams intensify and I feel worse.


But today I'm brave, and I'm doing things while feeling like this, because I don't know how I could calm myself, And I'm pushing through with it. I'm very proud of myself. It's very difficult to live like this, but I'm doing it, and I know that with time this problem will go away. It's scary but I am strong.

I'm having the biggest stomachache though

Thank you catlyr my mind is so undisciplined too, but I found that trying to get back on the present helps, and with just a little time it will get better
