Help I’m pretty new here…

so I'm not here a lot
And I see a lot of people saying CTB, SI, SN
Can someone please explain those? Like I get the idea of what it is but what's the actual meaning
Because somebody told me to CTB with low SN and I have no idea wtf that means

Ctb= catch the bus (i.e - commit suicide)
SN= sodium nitrite
SI= suicidal ideation (thoughts to commit suicide and your bodies natural fight to stay alive, for example wanting to jump from a 50 story building and actually getting to the top of that 50 story building and your body's ability to actually go through with it)

I've seen it referred to as both on here, I just went with the si abbreviation that comes up on Google and provided a mix of both definitions trying to cover all the bases lol
