Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I had originally planned to get a second job so that I could get more money to do stuff but now, I'm not too sure if I really want to get it now as I don't really have that much energy in me to do it. The only problem is because I told everyone about it, they won't stop asking me about it. A friend of mine asked if I could work at his job rather than the job I applied to and my mom wants me to start doing driving lessons in April, which I get why because she drives me to work, but I don't really want to think about that as I just want to be dead in April. I feel like I rushed this whole second job part way too quickly. I'm also going to see if I can get SN from the DMC tomorrow, hopefully I can do this properly.

Do things that make you feel inspired or motivated, don't do things because of what others think. It doesn't matter if they ask you a thousand times about something, what matters is that you do what you want to do.

In my opinion, the only valid reason to work a second job is if you plan on aggressively saving and investing excess income to retire early - but that is becoming increasingly difficult to achieve. The more time you invest into working, the less time and energy you will have for other things.

If you don't want the job, just tell people you thought about it and reconsidered, these things happen.

Personally, I'd advise getting the driver's license in case you don't go through with your plans. We live in very car centred societies, and it will make your future options much better.

The only advice I can give you is balance the difficulty of your jobs if you plan to work two of them. When I was younger I had an easy security job that didn't require much effort and an evening job that was labor centric. Ideally, you would want a single job that pays you well but that's not always possible.

It's good to do this sort of thing when you are young and have the physical capability to over-exert yourself a little so you can give yourself a boost financially. This is how I was able to save up and buy my first car along with a years worth of insurance.

Getting your drivers license is a must in this day and age. Like a previous person said, it will open up more options for you in the long run. It's a very simple investment in your future should you change your ctb plans and it will pay off.

If you decide not to get the 2nd job you can easily just make an excuse like you couldn't find anything that worked with your current jobs schedule etc. More importantly, you don't owe people explanations. I would personally just say I straight up changed my mind. Period.
