I’m lost about methods

I'm really lost. I don't know which method will be the one that I can trust, knowing that my biggest fear is to fail and become a vegetable. I cant have a gun in my country, and I dont have a place to hang. Im thinking either by jumping or SN but I have to be sure it would be lethal. I'm out of ideas. In my city there is a bridge that is 42 meters high over the sea. Idk if that would do the trick but I cant go on anymore

I really understand as all I want is to permanently cease existing and never suffer ever again and I always suffer so much from how I cannot just have the option to die painlessly, I see so much cruelty in how we exist in this horrific anti-suicide world where the suffering and torture of existing is seen as to force and prolong no matter what, I find it so terrifying how trying to die can go wrong with no limit as to how much a human can suffer, I hope you find peace.

How do you deal with this personally? I feel really stuck about the fact I feel I'm forced to exist and can't escape.. My last hope is SN but I understood it can leave pretty fucked up damages if the protocol is not made properly

Where did you get that from? As far is ive read its very and doesnt do lasting damage when you survive

Maybe I automatically assumed this because it's a chemical and I feel like all type of chemicals or medicine leave permanent damaged .. but I'm glad to learn that I'm wrong, it comfort me
