I reached the point where, even waking up, and breathing hurts me, sometimes, I wish to be closed in a mental ward and never took out so i can go insane, lose consciousness and just be a rambling psycho instead of this, self aware individual

I'm so sick of it all, I want to kill myself so bad, I've never had urges like these before, never this strong, im so tempted, to just go buy a rope and hang myself with it
