Help Im I hearing things just sleep deprived

This is just sometimes I've seen things like well tuesday of last week I was drawing and saw the picture getting zoomed in on its own called my sister over and I explained what I was seeing and she said no she could see anything while looking at me weird.

Also months back I've seen a old man with a blue shirt with glasses , blue stripes and yellow like only like a side view from my work and happened again another day from inside the counter from my work.


Also one time I had a fight with my mom couldn't sleep but I could hear laughs from far away and a lady singing late at night.

Sometimes I coukd hear my name being called from one of my sisters and they never did call me


If anyone knows about hallucinations and stuff . Should I be worried or am I just being stupid?

It could be. Sleep deprivation can cause hallucinations. It's probably best to see if you can get in contact with your doctor and discuss this with them. They might be able to help you with your insomnia.

Pretty normal to see hallucinations when youre sleep deprived, but they are quite subjective (worse or better for others)
