I'm going to relapse soon

I'm so tired of being clean
I already relapsed a few days ago
I want to relapse again but to not stay clean afterwards
I'll cut deeper and deeper until I drive myself to suicide
I deserve this..

I feel you. sometimes it feels like my brain is broken. I was overprescribed benzos when my brain was still developing several decades ago and now, as a fully grown adult, they're trying to force me off of them. it sucks. it really does. and every time someone tells you that you can get off, it's someone who has never experienced the shit we are going through. they keep extending how long you need to be off of them. "oh just wait a month, oh just wait 6 months, oh just wait a year, oh just wait two years and you'll be fine then!" I'm so sorry.
