theres a thread explaining how to drown yourself and theres a low chance of SI saving you. It requires a few things but they're easily accessible. I can't put the link to the thread as i came across it a few days ago and my history is full of SS threads and i cant find it. Im sorry that things are going badly for you and i wish you the best and i hope you find peace after ctbing.

To me it's awful how existing here can very easily get much worse, I wish you the best with your plans, I see it as being so cruel how people are denied access to more peaceful ways to escape from all the suffering.

As アホペンギン put it, read the megathread to make sure you are doing nothing wrong.

it is high risk high reward, the hardest part is arguably the SI coming in before you even do it, once you do it there is no going back.

i wish you success on your endeavour

There's Hyperventilating, which can be practiced, on land you'll wake up, hold breath and go under water, pass out due to the way it works, then ur body tries take a breath of air, drown, but you are unconscious already.

I'm also planning on drowning in a few months. Probably somewhere close to the end of the year.

Sorry to see you suffering so much after putting in such a fight to recover. I'm still on the edge, too. It just feels like fighting for the sake of fighting lately, with less chance of any genuine change. I'm right there with you whatever happens.

I have tried this but the water intake snapped me back into life and ended up coming up for air again feeling very dizzy etc............you need to be tied under the water

Basically everything has gone downhill for me and this is the only method available for me.
I nearly drowned once when I was a Kid. You'll flail and fight, but eventually, you'll feel warm, and tired, You'll feel fuzzy and your mind will start to go blank, you'll lose your vision slowly, then, yk. But I was saved by my cousin, so I'm still here. I'm just saying that your body will fight for a long time, and not being able to breathe will be agonizing, but you'll eventually find that sweet spot and succumb to De@th. But, You may have to tie yourself to a rock, or something along those lines, The only way I almost d!ed was because I was caught in a current and couldn't swim back up, You may need something to hold you down to make sure you Pass.

Oh really, that's not an option then, thought it sounded too good to be true.

You know it is not the smoothest way to go. How about the water conditions?
