Afaik you won't need any medications. You will pass out within seconds due to the lack of oxygen.
This is not a recommendation but as in the SN protocol you might use Benzos to stay calm but not an amount that knocks you out bc you will need to be able to start your setup properly.

Can anybody confirm ? I'll try the gas using a mouth scuba regulator and see how soon I pass out and what it feels like and if sleeping pills are necessary. I'll play rain nature sounds to ease my anxietySimilar threads
