Sodium Nitrite is coming in the mail over the next week.
My brain constantly reflects and ruminates on past events and people.
Events from 8, 6, 5, 4 years ago still affect me in 2020.
Three counsellors have called me aspergers, which is likely true, which leaves me disadvantaged sexually and socially.
EMDR therapy hasn't done me any good.
It is overwhelming, uncontrollable, and I'm sick of it. Can't wait to leave the world.
