Venting im done asking for help.

when i started telling my fiancee how bad id gotten she spiraled too and now were both just depressed and cant take care of ourselves or each other. and now im expected to fix it for the both of us. im tired of not being heard no matter what i say or how i say it. i dont want to get worse, but it feels like the only option. im not allowed to ask for help, im not allowed to help myself. what else am i supposed to do?
