Discussion I’m conflicted

I planned to CTB this weekend, I received my n2 cylinder today. I won't have my son this weekend and I told people I would be out of town this weekend, so they wouldn't look for me or worry about me. I am a Christian and prayed last night to give me a sign if I have a reason to be here. My door man from 2 years ago randomly contacted me on my old phone number that I rarely ever have on me, he was the first person to call me this morning. In which be told me God told him he needed to call me and tell me how special I was and that i still have things to do in life. After which he told me he has kidney cancer and do not plan to get chemo because he's lived a long life and accepted his fate. I'm extremely conflicted because I've never experienced an intervention like this after specifically asking for a sign.


Update:
I finally decided to open my packaged n2 cylinder. I order a 40 cubic ft n2 cylinder. I received a 10 cubic ft acetylene cylinder. The invoice was for a total different person. I received the wrong package
