Venting i’m back, and it’s weird, and i’m kinda scared

so i guess one of my alters switched out (i am pretty sure i have DID) with me last week. i think i had a bpd episode, or was close to having one. me and a close friend are distant because of my gf. it's complicated.

my alter doesn't like this site. so he wasn't on here. he considered deleting my account but anyway. i'm back, hopefully for a while.

i'm kinda scared because i don't want my friend to hate me. i just wanna be friends with him again. we were friends on a sexual nature before i dated my gf. i just wanna be friends…

i'm lowkey scared.

i've been a bit stressed out by a few things, but it's been a bit decent i would say. i am on my own for a bit, and i met my partner IRL!! so i am happier than i was before!

i still have those same anxieties but it is not as bad.
