if you were to make a tattoo related to your mental health (and/or recovery), what would it be?

i think i'd like to make a two-headed calf, from the poem by laura gilpin
i can barely convey into words all of the things i feel from this poem, the tragedy of being born different, the transient nature of life, appreciating the present moment, finding beauty in imperfection, being cared for, it means a lot in such few words
if you were to make one tattoo to relay how you feel about all you've been through and/or hope for the future and yourself, what would it be?

for me I wouldn't want it to be too obvious to others what it was about, so I'm looking into general symbols of strength, growth, and forgiveness. I'm thinking maybe acorns and oak leaves for strength and growth, but have yet to find a symbol for forgiveness that resonates with me.

Mine would be the litany against fear from dune, maybe the whole thing or even just simply "Fear is the mindkiller" maybe also some imagery too

this makes me wonder, sometimes i think that it's the fear of fear itself that might be the culprit
i envy people who can deal with fear because i'm terrified of it

Semicolon tattoo, it's very generic but also minimalistic. I like it.
