If you were given a choice, fully recover or peaceful end, which would you choose?

Full recovery. When I'm not in an episode I like being alive. More of that plus not be so dysfunctional? Yes please. Going to die one day anyway so might as well enjoy what is left.

The problem that nobody can fix is I'm not intelligent and have no skills worth mentioning. They can't fix that with a pill. There is no "recovery" from that.

Even if I could fully recover, I dont really want to be in a world where anybody suffers

I feel like if I'd know with certainty that i would recover, i'd like to. however as of now, i don't think i am capable of recovering, so without the guarantee of a full recovery, i would choose peaceful end.

A full recovery would require a fundamental change of, not just who I am intrinsically, but the world as a whole. It is not realistic. Death is the only freedom.

Full recovery, totally. Like others have said as well here, if I could go back to being a young age with the knowledge that I have now, and be able to do things differently, etc., I absolutely would.
But because I can't, is the reason why I'm feeling like this and wanting it to end.
I truly love life, and wanted to do so much and was willing to put in whatever effort that was needed, but for some reason I was denied many opportunities in my life.

Peaceful end.

Even if I got the chance to start all over again (now or from the moment of birth), I would not want that. Because there is nothing I want to achieve nor experience nor do with this (or any other possible) life. The only thing I truly wish for is an ending that fits me, a self-chosen one, cause that's how I want to sum up my journey and close it, through my own hands. One life (this one) was already more than enough for me, never wanted this one either.

But I'm happy if someone else can get another chance or something out of life.

fully recover 100%, if i could press a button that would allow me to permanently live without depression for the rest of my life i would press it without even hesitating. unfortunately its not that easy

can i go back in time to fix some things? then absolutely yes, without a doubt. though i think i'll still pick it even if i can't.

It's a no brainer for me. Peaceful end above all else (if I was given a legitimate choice), otherwise it's just endless coping until the inevitable end.

Maybe its just all too internalized but I don't see a happy ending or a way out. I feel like if everything somehow magically fixed itself I'd become a completely different person. I'd rather go out on my own terms as myself. Especially since it's guaranteed it will go smoothly.
