Basicly I am at the wit s e nd bc my gp is cons tantly si ck me aning I am un able to get an appointment and I am getting in creasingly exh aused from men tal str ess and suspected po or sleep quality bc while I do sleep at night I alway s feel like I have gotten no sleep at all when I wake up in the morning plus I alway s wake up super early. Was hoping to get some sleeping pill s or something to help me improve my quality of sleep...
