With methods like that you have to calculate the strength of the rope and the structure properly else it will snap and you will end up with a broken ankle and wrist.

I think that you would die if everything goes well, you fall and boom rope holds and so on. But I think 10 meters would end up in decapitation, of course as far as I know.Similar threads
