• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If someone asked me to watch their suicide I'd watch as long as it was not something like a gun

I think it's okay for people to witness a suicide if it's important to them.

I'd hope people would respond positively to me if I made the same request

I've seen suicides on WPD before. I'm a bit desensitized to them.

Unfortunately, in most jurisdictions that's against the law and they could literally go to jail.

But yes I wish there were "suicide comforters" or something who would simply be by your side as you go. Everyone deserves to have some comfort and support in their last moments. But again, that's the whole legal euthanasia thing and the law is different.
