Venting Ideation of my dead body

Sometimes i think about how my dead body would look like. I have really bad OCD and i get a lot of frightening/disturbing images in my head that make me panic, but at this point i dont even care. The thought of me no longer having a body is relieving

Honestly i already consider myself dead and like to pretend im a ghost just for some relief. Like some sort of dissonance or disassociation from reality. Everytime i get a thought about the reality of my own existence, i literally get sick, panic, and get stuck in a thought loop. I really wish i didnt exist.

I get these very often and I've wondered if it's OCD. But it's not the vivid image of my corpse that distresses me, it's the fact that it's not reality.
