Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I like the concept of the tourniquet method and I'm aware that people have made it work, but it's just so dang hard for me to figure out. I keep compressing the jugulars, which does absolutely nothing for me. It feels like a method that should be something you can just 'do,' It was even shown to have been done with pantyhose (I think??) Theoretically it's easily accessible, painless, and cheap. It doesn't require an anchor point but relies on similar principles as partial.

So why can't I get it right?

I did some experimenting with it and by trial and error i managed to make it work, after 3-5 days of experimenting with it, i reached a point where my consciousness fades away and i fall down for being unable to stand, the only downside is convulsions/your body trashing around once you're choking, I was stuck on trying to make a proper knot, i always had to move my head back to choke properly, laying down didn't work for me
