I want to graduate from college and get my degree, but I don't know if I can take much more

I'm brazilian, I'm studying Graphic Design and I'm in my second-to-last semester, starting my final project. While my eventual suicide is certain, I want to at least get to present my final project, which I plan to be based on a topic I truly love (Vocaloid). Since I'll unfortunately devastate my family, I want them to at least know I graduated. I also don't like the possibility of creating a bad atmosphere in the course with my suicide or leaving other people here feeling hopeless

But I'm very anguished. I don't know if I can get there. In a year or so, I'll graduate if everything goes well, and it would be terrible to give up right at the end, but I don't know if I can take it
