I had this (crazy) idea rn wanting to experience death for a few minutes and then waking up again. Real death with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest. But I guess this isn't possible, unfortunately. It will be a dream for now.

It is still possible to experience such a thing but the cause for it won't be as severe but still scary and it'll only result in you falling unconscious.

Only way I can think of is falling asleep. Cause when you do, you don't feel anything so I'd imagine death is like sleeping but never waking up and never dreaming

I've had something similar happen before. My stomach and heart started to hurt unpleasantly. I went to the fridge to drink because I was also very thirsty, and that's when I fainted. At one point I thought I was dying. Afterwards, I woke up very shivering and cold. I don't know what it was because I didn't get checked out, but I guess it was maybe a small heart attack or something like that.
