i have suffered from severe depression for some months now. i would want nothing more than to die peacefully and painlessly. i tried ingesting pesticides but i survived.
I wanted to use helium poisoning but i cant get it around me

I understand, I just want to cease existing in a painless way as well, I find it beyond cruel and horrible how we cannot just choose to easily die in peace, we should all just have the option to fall into an eternal, dreamless sleep when we want to. But anyway I hope that you eventually find freedom from your suffering.

I am suffering from severe peripheral vision ocd. because of this i have become a laughing stock among my colleagues and family

I think helium is not being used anymore, they use nitrogen nowadays I believe. But this method is only painless if you do it right, if do it wrong it can be either painful or cause you permanent brain damage. It requires knowledge and skill to pull it off.
The safest method is to go to South America and buy Pentobarbital there.
