i know we all do, thats why we're here. had a panic attack earlier and that was the only sentence i kept hearing in my head. i have been on this site for almost 2 years now and i swore to myself i would not see 2025 and here i am. i live alone, family lives out of state, i could easily do it, but im scared. but im also scared that im going to spend the rest of my life in constant mental agony. i feel like a shell of a person, i dont feel real, i feel like im nothing. i wish i had the courage. thats all.
