i can't sleep anymore. i can't eat anymore. no one cares about me, they're just judging me. i tried to kill myself on 12/6, but unfortunately i couldn't... i found out on Valentine's Day that she had done it.

It's painless. It results in a near instant loss of consciousness(I'm talking milliseconds) and death in seconds.

No brainstem means no consciousness, no breathing, no heartbeat. Even if you feel pain, you won't process it
