This is a very bad idea. You're not likely to kill yourself, but you have a great chance at permanent damage but still surviving. Add alcohol to the mix, you risk also damaging the pancreas. The liver has the ability to heal and regenerate. The pancreas does not. Pancreatitis is pure hell. I suffer from it. Enough damage can cause diabetes

I can guarantee you things involving damage to the pancreas and liver are some of the most painful you can experience. Especially when it's chronic. Anything in that area is pretty excruciating. I know this first hand.

I'm sorry you're this desperate, but that is not a desirable way to go. It's also not a fast death. If you damage your organs, you're likely to just have to live like that for quite awhile in pain until you can figure out another way to die.

Oh, and FYI coffee actually helps the liver by detoxifying and producing paraxanthine which can heal scar tissue and undo liver damage.
Noted! Though I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I'll drink that more often.

I don't believe you. It couldn't possibly be more painful than hanging yourself.
...?
I would rate encephalopathy as far more painful/unbearable than being operated without anaesthesia, for example.

I am currently on medications to try to stave off liver failure after I was severely jaundiced in February. If I hadn't gone to the ER when I did, my liver would have chewed itself up. Prior to my hospitalization I was in so much pain for five months. I lost 70 pounds because I couldn't eat. The stomach pain was excruciating. I'd never cried so much in my entire life. Even after the hospitalization, now that I'm in treatment, it's so painful. I can't eat anything but a handful of foods. I have stomach pain every single moment of every single day. The pain in my liver area is stabbing and frequent. I'm exhausted and I've been bedridden for over a year. My body has become deconditioned and I am miserable. And this is all WITH treatment. Trying to die of liver failure is messy, painful, and so much worse than hanging or many other alternatives. You don't want this. As suicidal as I am, I'm still taking treatment for my liver dysfunction because the thought of dying from this, the thought of it getting WORSE, is unimaginable and I want to avoid it at all cost. There is no peace in this.

I think deep inside his mind he wants to die naturally because if humans beings CTB we don't know what will happen after we are dead. Even we all know liver failure will suffice one or two years. Most of people in SS are violated what we call normal social behavior.

I watched my mother drink herself to death and die of liver cirrhosis and failure when I was 18. It was the most awful thing I've ever seen. She was yellow all over. The whites of her eyes looked like they were colored in with a yellow highlighter marker. Just touching her skin could make her bleed from her pores. And it took months. Even the final stage of dying took a whole month.
I'm sorry for your loss. That has to be one of the most painful way to go. I can't imagine it happening, and yet, it happened. I hope that your story will serve as a warning to those who are using overdose to CTB. This graphic details might even save lives and save them from permanent organ failure. Thank you for sharing.

Thanatonaut's mom, RIP.

Liver failure is a terrible way to die. It's not peaceful.
